Since we started as a motion graphics studio in Amsterdam early 2004, the world around us has changed quite a bit.

The immersion of technology in our daily lives allows us to think differently about communication
and design. We’re now connected to so many sources of information, an idea must easily move across media in order to build an audience and prosper.

We’ve moved away from a mass-media landscape largely driven by advertising and controlled by brand gatekeepers to a world in which brands are simply one participant among others that people can choose from.

“What’s in it for me” has become a viable and interesting question.

Since these boundaries between film, web, animation and design are erased, a new type of agency is needed.

With commissions ranging from identities to commercials and from short films to Big Motion projects, Addikt always pushes the boundaries of creative thinking and visual production.

We believe that brands have to become more engaging, offering something valuable with every interaction. We’re not stuck to any particular style, technique or technology so why not come up with
a wide range of interesting ideas and solutions challenging and changing the way brands connect with their audience?

Our core team of designers, directors, artists and animators, extended by a growing global network of freelance specialists, work closely together to create and produce interesting ideas, images, products and solutions worth talking about.

The speed, power and ubiquity of digital technology have raised the creative bar across the board. And everyone has access to the tools these days. It’s now the creativity behind the tools that makes the difference.
